Comments:
Have not gotten up for an AM run in a while. Its easy in the summer since its so hot and the sun is up. Its basically the best time to run. Felt so stiff and sluggish though, just plotted along as people were getting out and about for their day. Wandered the streets, no real route. Felt refreshed when I finished but not necessarily fast, or satisfied with my pace.

Essentials: Stretch

Took my time to stretch and cool off. Legs feel good, I think I needed some sort of shake out especially if I get to run tomorrow.
