Good Long - Shaker

Comments:
Did 10 out and back for my long run. Ran up south park and then switched over to shaker. Headed out until close to Richmond and then turned back.

Legs felt great on the way out and back until about 7 when I had to go to the bathroom. Once I got going again I felt good. Conveniently there was a porta potty RIGHT when I had to go.
