Comments:
Good work day. We got back into it. Good to have a running buddy after yesterdays slog. Felt pretty sore this morning actually so Im glad we could run it out. Had a decent pace I had to work to keep it up. Weather was right on spot glad we went when we did.
Essentials: Stretch
Standard stretch in the lot when we finished. I think it that helped a little bit. Guillaume and I both realize we need to get into better shape and be consistent with the mileage. Every outing helps.
