Today I put in new inserts in my shoes. They are Sofsol Stability inserts; Becky, my trainer, says that they will provide support for my high arches. I was quite skeptical. We did dynamic warm ups in the dome, and a 10 minute warmup Anyways, 5x300m hills on the River road. They went pretty well. I tired to keep really good form. After, we did strength training with Adam in the dome and in the weight room. 15 minutes of abs, 1 set of push ups and pull ups. Stretch, bone stim, and iced. Didn't get out until 7:00... damn. Too too long! Good practice. Shins hurt on warm up and cool down.. dang it.
