Comments:
Starting to poop out... We did what we needed to today and called it before one more session tomorrow. Fine with me I feel its time. I went out for a quick shake out after that. My shoes felt unfamiliar, havent run in a week. Its starting to cool town. Weather was near perfect. I felt pretty good all things considered but didnt go too far. Went the short way around the farm, past the weather station first. The shake out was just what I needed.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch and rehydration when I returned. We actually stayed late somehow, felt like the day just flew by. Headed back since I need to get some rest after this session.
