Comments:
Only had time for a short run. Went Ward and back because it's my second to last run in DC and that, in my mind, is the quintessential GDS run. Felt good, though my legs are still quite sore from the long run, maybe more sore than yesterday. Lauren says it's the reverse of the 48 hour rule for sleep - that you're more sore the day after the day after a run than the day after. Perhaps...?
