Comments:
I started loosing steam hard core today. Still not fully recovered and helping out on this run isnt making things better. Glad I was able to get out and run though, felt so much better, like a recharge. It was kinda rainy out, rained a bunch during the day. Refreshing. Didnt feel that fast, still a little shaky and unfamiliar since I havnt gotten my miles in lately. Definitely not as sleepy when I finished up.
Essentials: Stretch
Brief stretch outside, but since we got started late I tried to get out and get back. Legs in good shape from softball yesterday and not much action lately.
