Comments:
Still grinding trying to get back into normality. Went out a little late, right around sunset. I was making use I was hydrated so I had to pee the whole time. Kept the pace nice and quick. Felt good today, nice and natural. Been a while since I had that smoothness.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch while the sun went down. Didnt focus on it too much since I was tired and hungry. Wanted to get back and settle down. Legs feel good for the first back to back day in a long time.
