Comments:
Excessive heat prevented a track workout today, so the plan was to do mile repeats around the block. We did a warmup lap and then finished one rep before being curtailed by the thunderstorms in the area, so we continued the workout indoors. We did over a dozen stair repeats plus several tempo laps around the indoor track. All in all, super challenging taking all impeding factors into account, but glad to see that we as a team can work hard and stay focused on days like today when everything seems out of sorts.
