Comments:
Again working all day and we needed to get a run in. It was getting dark. Went a little short, just getting a shake out. Temperature was perfect. Nice and cool compared to yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch, calves feeling kinda tight. Getting the good miles in after long work days feels like a solid balance, getting the most of the miles.
