Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Group was me, Steve, Willhill, Q, Nick, and Seamus. Goal was 5:55 to 6:00 for five by mile with 75 second recovery. Felt really good on these. Lead the group pacing and even though we started each one kind of quick, it was a strong, consistent effort. Very relaxed, felt like I could've kept the same pace if I were to do another one. Frosh did great too. Splits were consistent. Wore my flats for the first time and they felt good. In new shoes today too, same NB's I wore this summer.
Splits: 5:54, 5:51, 5:52, 5:55, 5:51.
