Comments:
Today was a mad dash hustle, getting data prepared so it doesnt stack up. Needed a run at the right time. We had a solid pace in great weather. Just got into it. Good after not running yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch, but I still had work to do, so we decided to go out and get some quick dinner and get back to work. Long tough day, good to get back to it after being a bum this weekend.
