Comments:
Good run today. It was a little bit more warm today and we went earlier as things were winding down. I was just slammin in but didnt feel like I got a ton done, and there is so much more on the mound of shit. Just one of those days, still lots of miles left. Like our runs.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak stretch. I was dehydrated too. Didnt get work on that today... Hammies a little tight too. Good miles needed that for sure. Still got to keep running ahead.
