Comments:
Good beach run today. Nice breeze and sunset, we went the other way on the beach this time all the way to the end and turned around. Less people down there its real nice and peaceful. Coming back we had the wind, added on a little bit past the building and they I took a quick dip. It was so refreshing, and somehow not too cold to go in. It was chilly enough to be a shock to the system, but felt so comfortable and refreshing when in there. The salt was nice too.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt stretch too much, felt kinda tight when I got out of the water and my legs were cold. Managed the sand much better compared to last time. I like the sand on that side of the beach. No consecutive days this week but got a few solid runs and some good mileage.
