Comments:
Got in a little run onsite today. I had to go in to prep some stuff for beamtime next week and wrap up proposals. It was windy and brisk. Held pace well I felt. Even if I went short. Felt like a little bit of a struggle since I was solo.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch then jumped in the shower to clean up before finishing up. Feeling kinda sore maybe its cause I pushed the work past few days and didnt get the consistent run in.
