Track Workout at...Fort Reno???

Comments:
After a quick change of plans, we ran to Fort Reno to begin the impromptu downward ladder workout: 1600m, 1200m, 800m, and 400m, with 400m cooldowns in between. Pace on all of them was hilariously slow because of the hills, strength before practice, and being thrown into an unexpectedly challenging day. I paced the second-to-last 800m really well, as Burns pushed me to stay with Corbin. After hopping in for an 800m with Charlie, my group cooled down once more and headed back.
