Comments:
Recovering from the week. Woke up kinda pooped still then didnt do much at all. Just depleted. Really pushed it day after day. It was a nice day out today, but I didnt get around to running until dusk. Was getting a bit chilly out. I started out quick just because I have not run in so long. Just like my run last weekend, just a jog to reset everything, get things moving again.
Essentials: Stretch
Felt pretty thirsty when I got back, and even more depleted. Legs feel tired out even though it was just a few miles. Going to take a few days to recalibrate.
