Comments:
Still feeling it today. Got a bit of a headcold, possibly induced by the beamtime. Its making me feel sluggish and fatigued overall. A little run is good to keep things moving and help reset. That an keeping up on fluids and Benadryl and Sudafed. I took it easy today, stuck to the roads. Felt a lot like fall, chilly when the wind picked up. Coming back up the hill was tough, I was pretty spent by then.
Essentials: Stretch
Legs not sore, just weak. I tried to stretch out but felt more like just sitting down. What a week glad to be through it.
