Comments:
We jogged to AU and did warmups really quickly before getting started with the workout, which threw us all for a loop: a timed 1600m. I started way too conservatively and picked it up as the rep went on. Leo Cooper and I had a photo finish for a time of 5:12. We jogged a cool-down lap and then ran a timed 800m, the time of which was 2:26, faster than any 800 I ran Sophomore year. Anthony didn't have me run the 400 so I just lingered and cheered. I wanted to make sure I didn't hurt my hamstring so today was overall a conservative effort but focused nonetheless.
