Comments:
Solid afternoon run. Just started going not thinking about pushing the mileage. Wanted to enjoy the trails and campus. Trails were covered in leaves so I took it easy here and there. Also the hills were tough but I made my way up and took it easy coming down. Started to cramp a little bit at Cascadilla. I held it together downtown and back home. It was just such a beautiful fall day. Really hit home that XC training season feeling, especially back on my old routes. Such a time ago... And I feel a bit slower now.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and rehydration when I got back. Really needed that I think that was what set off the cramps a bit. Calves a bit on the tight side also. Must be from the hills.
