Out and about nice to do something fun. We went out to brunch then to Corning Museum of Glass. Planned to hike but it was rainy and cloudy, and as a result probably pretty muddy. Shins feeling tight kinda like shin splints. I went pretty far yesterday but nothing extreme. Eitherway feeling like a rest today. Still dont think I am recovered from the beamtime though, physically or mentally. But it aint up to me time to get back to it.
