Comments:
Taking it easy today prepping for tomorrow. Feeling a little anxious just because things have been so crazy lately, but thats the game and you got to play it. I did a little shake out around the hood, felt kinda sore from yesterday but it was really good to get moving a bit. Finished up down on the beach. It was nice and peaceful tonight, I could easily see all the way across to New Haven and CT.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch and rehydration. Need to get some rest its gonna be a long day tomorrow. Shouldnt complain though cause I am definitely doing what I love.
