Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s, nice
Comments:
Good run with CA today...mostly.
She wanted a higher-volume (but a little lower-intensity) tempo. so we ran from the office and started with a Campus Loop. About 1.5 miles in, we began to push it. Ran pretty hard, progressively, to the bark loop, were we jogged for 3:00, then did a two -mile bark tempo. Then jogged to the track and did a mile there.
Approximate splits:
* 7:0x, 6:4x, 6:3x
* 6:2x, 6:0x
* 5:58
The final two miles I ran up front, alone.
Really worked hard on stride width...but either I was still laterally striking (highly likely) or it was just too much, because I got REALLY stiff the rest of the day, and the next day. Sucked.
