Comments:
Pretty easy workout, felt alright, not as focused as I would've liked, but felt good nonetheless. We aimed for 5:48-5:52 for the alumnis, and then 77 down to 74 for the 4s. Felt sharper on the track compared to the woods. A bit tired afterwards.
Splits: 5:52, 5:51. 78, 75, 75, 74.
