PM: Gimpl Hill Ride

Weather: mid 50s, sunny

Comments:
Solid ride. The air was shitty, and it made breathing pretty hard. Rode moderately fast (75min). Felt OK.

Immediately afterward: hit the gym. Squatting was TOUGH!

Right after that: hustled to get my haircut.

PM:
* Never heard from Thornton, so I went to Highlands to watch the Ducks game...but only the first half.
* Went home to eat (more) and pack, which seemed to take forever!

Trailrunning Camp VI is tomorrow.
