Comments:
I reset my HRM so that my new maximum is 173 and my minimum is 128. This was better than yesterday, but I still found that my heart rate is going around 10bpm higher, and that's at a painfully slow pace. I will stick with it though, as I should notice improvement over time. I must say that after this run, I felt markedly more sweaty and like I'd done a big workout that when I usually do 3 miles. Maybe that's because of the slower pace, and because that's resulting in me being active for longer.
