Comments:
Took a stroll on the beach today. It wasnt too chilly but I definitely bundled up just in case. I havnt been on the beach in a while. It was odd to be there knowing the temps are getting cooler. Ran down to the club and back. Sand was packed and I didnt slip around too much. Coming back I could see what was left of the sunset. Just kinda cruized today, not focusing on much. Glad to get out there after feeling a little stir crazy yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, hope I dont feel too sore from the sand running. I was pretty dehydrated as well when I got back so I filled up on that. This week will be a push looking forward to getting through it strong. I feel prepared now to keep it up and hopefully I can get back out and run a few miles here and there.
