Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Cold, windy, and a bit rainy out so we raced on the indoor track. Warmed up with Will, felt alright, stomach bothered me a little. My goal was to go out hard and try to hold on. Realized a few minutes before the heat that I'd probably have to be out front so I needed to be right about my pacing. I didn't pace it too well, but I stuck to my plan of early aggression. Went out in about 2:23ish I think and then closed in 2:27. Was leading the entire race until Ken out kicked me with a lap to go. Ran 4:59 indoors last year so I feel really good about where I am right now. Now for some down time.
