Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got out for a run early afternoon. Still warm out went with shorts. Didnt think much of it up the hills but they were tough. I took it easy coming down. Path was nice a few other runners out there as well. Took the pace nice and easy today but felt like I had enough energy to sustain. Wasnt just toasted like on Saturday.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch then took Floyd out for a walk. On the walk, quads became pretty sore. It from the hills. Good, means I am using some of my other muscle that usually do not get a good work out.
