Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took some effort to get out. Once I got going felt in the groove. Did a full loop to the high school track. Sidewalks still a bit slushy and icy but I kept my eye on things. Coming back went up the hill to see what was still going down at the police station.
Essentials: Stretch
Spent a lot time stretching. Run today limbered me up a lot felt good since I was kinda in a slump here and there this past week. Good mileage today but no hills. Need some of the snow to melt first.
