Comments:
Ran from home right after we got back from the movies. Coming down from the sugar high. Tried my luck up on the South Hill Recway. Still covered in snow and ice it was not pleasant. Cut through the trails to Giles footbridge, then ran down Buffalo and all the way to Corn St. Had to improvise to add on enough. Legs felt heavy today but my hammies were fine for the most part.

Essentials: Stretch

Had a good opportunity to stretch out when I got back. Legs heavy likely from the rather "consistent" mileage.
