Comments:
Anthony's instructions last night left me a solid road map: just do it by feel; nothing super intense.
Went down 46th to River and Western, where I slowly built a strong pace from there. Found my way to the CCT, where I continued to drop the pace. Got tough after I turned around at the DC border, where I had to go uphill. Still, continued to drop the pace and stopped the tempo after 6 miles from the start.
Felt super cold and stiff, but managed to open up as the run went on. Running in NOLA will be a bit of a challenge, but I will surely make it work.
