Tried to get it going for a mile or so down then a half back. Ehh.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I did stretch and roll a bunch when I got back, just massaging my foot. Feels fine not sore after really just aggravated by use. Go a few more days or rest and recovery. A shame since it was crazy warm out today. The fact that I got in the beach in shorts
