Comments:
Ran to St. Albans, did warmups, then got going with the workout of 6x300m. Pacing the distance was kinda awkward, but my group found a rhythm and milked the 100m cooldowns. Jogged back to school and did Nick Symmond's abs. Overall, solid work and looking forward to our next tough track day, which I know won't be anytime soon.
