Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went in in the afternoon to catch up on shit I didnt do yesterday. I was tired this morning, slept in a lot... Looking forward to run though this week was rough. Gui and I did a loop around beamline first then continues up to the stop light. I was a little ambitious today but also was cautious. I felt way way better than I did last weekend. Could sense it but overall foot held up for the short run. Great to get legs moving a little bit. It was kinda cloudy and rainy today but just to be out there was everything.
Essentials: Stretch
Gui continued on. I stretched out a bit then did abs. Its been a while since I got a good stretch in also, so thats nice. I could tell things were becoming out of sync. See how I feel going forward but if I can squeeze in 20 mins here and there, Ill take it for sure.
