Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tried to get out again today. Feeling tired while catching up on sleep. Its the grind now. Didnt know what to expect. Foot was ok yesterday. Just took it easy and smart. Ran out 10 min to the beach and back. It didnt hurt, but had some phantom tingly feelings. Most likely due to the unfamiliar motion, taking time to settle in again. Wow it was refreshing to get out and run though. Especially on a back to back day... Little windy on the beach but it was a nice day today.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretched and rolled when I returned and worked on the sore part of my foot. Feels ok no shooting pain. My best guess now is I went from wearing flips flops and no running for an entire week, then put on brand new shoes, and I just didnt respond well to that shift. Therefore it takes a while to recalibrate and build up again. Thats what we do.
