Comments:
I put in some good focused work today just trying to catch myself up. It was pretty rainy and dreary but running is so important so I force Gui to run. We did a nice and easy. Pace was pretty good for me though. Foot felt comfortable, much better than yesterday too. But I didnt push it staying smart.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch. I stayed so late this week I wanted to bounce and recharge a little bit. With two back to back runs I might be feeling sore! But its the good kind.
