A little dark when I went out. Just chillin and recharging today. Foot kinda sore actually, still adjusting. Felt nice on the packed sand since it was low tide. I didnt push it today but was grateful to be out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch feeling kinda sore actually. Hard to work it all out but foot doesnt hurt afterwards. Bringing it back.
