Comments:
Ugh finally got a run in this week. Grinding on the computer and somehow just found my way outside. It was cold, but I felt comfortable, most natural run in a while. Glad I got it in before it got too dark. I was huffing the cold air and could tell my mileage is way down. Gased when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched in the lobby didnt know I needed that so badly. I stuck around and finished up some stuff but then realized it was getting late and I was pretty hungry. Take the momentum through to a few more runs before things get super busy.
