Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rough day I had to bounce back and forth. I just didnt feel in the mood, still a little dazed and depleted. I just kept at it and worked, somehow that made me feel better. I know next few weeks will be tough. I got out for a rainy run also and that really made me feel better. Its been a while since I was that comfortable. Went solo out on a reverse Fifth Ave. The drizzle was actually really nice today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch then back to prep some samples. The run was planned well even if I had to wait late for dinner. I was hungry.
