Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a good run in at the lab with Gui today. I went in to finish my presentation. It was so nice outside today, good weather too not like yesterday which was freezing. We had good natural pace. Thats the kinda of run I want, especially after feeling so down and depleted last week. It still something to work on though I always need to find ways to manage my stress. Its always popping in and out beyond my control, so I do my best to work on it. We finished up strong around the edge of the beamline
Essentials: Stretch
Not much of a stretch afterwards. I probably should have rehydrated more helps with headaches and tiredness. Foot and legs feel pretty good though. Not sure what runs will look like next few weeks... But what I can control is to maintain and focus and prioritize.
