Comments:
Just data grind now. I wanted to run. Rain came in right as we were going. It felt good but we were getting soaked so we went for just a short shake out. I was surprised because I was still full from all the pizza I had at lunch.
Essentials: Stretch
I lounged around a while stretching and rehydrating then did a little more work. I dont think I am all recouped from the past week yet. Still finding a way to progress though.
