Comments:
Ran to AU, did drills, and got going with the downward ladder: 16-12-8-4-2. First rep was tough but I found a rhythm eventually. the 12 was a bit slow but from there we as a group were super solid. Last 2 was a yuge rip. Jogged back to school and stretched well.
