Took off yesterday so I felt a little off today but I needed it. This week im tapering down to 60 miles before rebuilding back up to 80 miles the week before school starts. My arm is still sore because my need to train took over yesterday and I did the core workout I skipped on Saturday (due to the sore arm) and made it even soererr yesterday. So seriously no weights, pushups, or core workouts that involve putting pressure on my elbow untill its better.
