Weather: high 50s, sunny

Comments:
Weird day. Started decent:

* avoided jumping online right away
* went upstairs and worked on hip loading. SO HARD to load the left hip (without Trendelenburg)
* did general body weight (and weight plate) work

After that: did a bunch of online work and prep...then dragged feet to go out and do anything.

Ate and felt better, then finally got out for ride. Felt pretty good.

PM: did a 1-hour "Virtual Practice" (a free online resource, via Run Hub) online at 6pm. It went pretty well.
