Comments:
Actually ran around on the beach today. Again, lots of folks outside. They have to be. Its important. Achilles a little bit tight on the sand. Went by pretty smooth though, felt good to get out in the sun.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. Hammies and IT are not as tight as they were past few days.
