Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Retreated back upstate for a few weeks. Such a weird time, I am glad I am mostly flexible and hope we all stick together and get through to other side. I made the drive in one shot, no stops and almost no traffic. Havnt seen the roads like that ever (except at like 4 am) so I wont complain about that. But the drive did make it stiff and tight for me to run, took a while to really shake it all out. The hills didnt help. Went up on the foot bridge then across Stewart and ran along the edge of Libe Slope, then came down Gun Hill and back on Tioga, Cascadilla, and Plain. Running at home is much better than on LI so Ill take advantage of that for sure. Who knows how virus will spread next few weeks and what health officials will do about it.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back and stretched a bit, should have rehydrated more. Didnt eat much for lunch or drink on the drive so I was a bit depleted. It was a nice day out but I hear snow is coming in the evening. Shit is cray now, what a shake up.
