Comments:
Started off with strength: pushups, super people, and heel-toe walks. Ran an elongated way to Sedgwick, did drills, and got right to it. The plan was 8 full hills, cresting at the top to finish at intersection with Springdale. The first one was somewhat fast and I payed for it on the next few reps. I hit a wall at 3-4 but dug deep and on the last rep, tried focusing on the ground 10-15 feet ahead of me. I ended up running a few seconds faster on that rep and I felt really satisfied with my focus. I jogged home and stretched a bit.
