Thought today was a good day for a shorter-than-average run as I will be doing a time trial on Saturday. Down Mass to the CCT to LFSVT to Macarthur to Loughboro and through Spring Valley and back home. Strength today was push-up progression, crunch progression, seated leg lifts, single-leg bridges, Russian twists, and super people. Fun fact: the street sign at Van Ness and 49th is misprinted; it reads “VANNESS” with no space in it.
