SEHS track easy running (while CA, Alexis worked out)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunnyish, nice-ish

Comments:
Ran easy at SEHS while CA and Alexis did a short speed workout.

Form-focus:
* right pelvis (trunk) back, left forward
* "pawback" (= anterior depression pelvis)
* left hip flexion

Did more walk-jog today: jog for (almost) a lap, then walk for 25-50m. It was a good reset when things got sore.

CA and Alexis did well: we're all working on our arm swing!

What I didn't do well: actively push-off with my ankle.

PM: Did "some stuff", including napped, then did another Lindsey FB Live yoga class. Then had MFB over to The Puuub.
